You must be at least 16 years old to use Ascend. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Joining the waitlist reserves your place for early access. It does not guarantee a launch date or continued availability of any feature, and pricing shown is subject to change before launch.
You agree not to misuse Ascend, including by scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to disrupt the service, harassing other users, or using the platform for anything other than legitimate hiring and career activity.
Ascend uses AI to score matches and provide assistance. AI output may be imperfect and is provided for informational purposes — it is not professional, legal, or career advice, and hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the people who make them.
The Ascend name, logo, app, and content are owned by Ascend Jobs LLC and protected by law. You may not use them without our permission.
Ascend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend Jobs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or any specific results.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using Ascend at any time and request deletion of your data.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
